We understand that sometimes you may need to change your mind after placing an order, so we’ve designed this Cancellation Policy to clearly explain your rights, timelines, and the process for cancelling an order.
- Eligibility For Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- The standard cancellation window is within 24 hours of placing your order, or before shipment is initiated, whichever is earlier.
- After the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may refer to our Returns, Replacement and Refunds Policy for further options.

When contacting us, please provide:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Registered Email or Phone Number
- Reason for Cancellation (optional, helps us improve service)
- Cancellations for Prepaid Orders
- If you paid online (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking) and your order is eligible for cancellation, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Some banks/payment gateways may take 7–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.
- Cancellations for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, simply contact us to cancel before the shipment leaves our warehouse.
- If the order is already shipped, we request you to refuse delivery. Please note that refusal after dispatch may affect your eligibility for COD on future orders.
- Special Conditions & Exceptions
We cannot accept cancellations for:
- Customised Products – Items that are personalised or made-to-order.
- Special Sale or Clearance Items – Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Pre-Orders in Final Stage – Once a pre-ordered product has been allocated, specially ordered on request or packed for shipment.
- Orders placed with gift cards, vouchers, or store credit may be refunded only as store credit.
- Cancellations by Space Arcade
We reserve the right to cancel your order under certain circumstances, such as:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or product information errors.
- Non-receipt of payment for prepaid orders.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you immediately and process a full refund without deductions.
- Shipping Charges on Cancellation
- If the order is cancelled before shipment, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch or refused at delivery, two-way shipping charges (to and from your location) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refund Timeline
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
- COD Orders: No monetary refund applies unless advance payment was made; in such cases, refunds follow the prepaid order timeline.
