- After you receive your product, we kindly ask that you make an unboxing video, which will help us in case there are any issues with the shipping.
- You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning your item.
- Once we receive your item, we will let you know and then inspect it.
- If your item is approved for a replacement, we will send you a new product.
- If the same item is not available for replacement, we will suggest some alternative options.
- If you want the same item again, we will provide you with an estimated timeframe for when we expect to have it back in stock.
- If the product is discontinued or not available within 120 days from your invoice date, and you are not interested in any other item, we will initiate a refund as per the tax invoice.
- The refund will be credited to you within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank’s policies.
